This itinerary will take you through different sceneraries, from The Northern heritage of ancient cultures to the deep forest when the big falls hide. 

The program includes: Iguazu; Salta; Purmamarca; Buenos Aires.

Itinerary: 
Day 1
Buenos Aires/Iguazu

Arrival in the morning and transfer to National Airport to take flight to Salta. Arrival and transfer to hotel 4*.

Day 2
Iguazu Falls (Argentine side)

Breakfast. Pick up in the morning for full day excursion to Iguazu Falls (Argentine side), 3 important circuits with the ecological train reaching the famous fall “Devil’s Gorge”. 

Day 3
Iguazu Falls (Brazilian side)

Breakfast. Pick up in the morning for half day excursion to the Iguazu Falls (Brazilian side). You will appreciate the panoramic view of the San Martin Island, the falls that belong to Argentina. The promenade presents its majestic landscapes. At the end of the path, we can reach the Floriano fall, where we can access to the panoramic elevator to observe the Devil's Gorge at 150 meters of distance. 

Day 4
Iguazu (Jesuitic Mission)

Breakfast. Excursion to Jesuitical Missions, in San Ignacio, Argentina. 240 kilometers from Foz do Iguaçu we get to the Jesuitical Remains. The visit starts in a didactical museum, for the interpretation of what will soon be observed: houses, schools, kitchens, square of weapons, cemetery and temple. The Guarani Indians and the Jesuitical priests formed exemplary communities, based on a peculiar social system, during XVI and XVII centuries, until they were destroyed by the Portuguese colonizers, Spaniards and Brazilians. It’s possible to visit the remains of this epopee, which lasted 158 years (1609-1767): The San Ignacio mission (Argentina) has a necessary infrastructure to receive tourists such as interpretive museum, illustrative material, spectacle of light and sound and service of local tour guides. 

Day 5
Iguazu / Salta

Breakfast. Pick up for transfer to airport. Flight to Salta. At arrival, meet and greet with local guide and transfer to Hotel 4*.

Day 6
Salta - Purmamarca

Breakfast. Pick up in the hotel to start our tour towards the town of Purmamarca, known for the magnificent “7 Colors Mountain”. In our way up we will drive following the rail trail of the Train to the Clouds until San Antonio de los Cobres. Afterwards we will visit Salinas Grandes a big Salt Flat, Cuesta del Lipan. And finally we will be arriving at Purmamarca in the afternoon/evening. Aprox. 500 km. Accommodation at hotel 3*.

Day 7
Purmamarca - Humahuaca - Salta

Breakfast. Full day excursion to Quebrada de Humahuaca, visit to Tilcara (one of the latest Inca’s fort). Arrival to Salta and night in hotel 4*.

Day 8
Salta - Cafayate - Salta

Breakfast. Pick up early in the morning for full day excursion to admire the marvelous Calchaquies Valleys until arriving to Cafayate village (200 km aprox): We will enter Quebrada del Rio las Conchas (declared Natural Monument’s by UNESCO) due to the colorful mountains and its formation. We will go through mountain road from where we can appreciate the different shapes like: “The Amphitheater, Devil’s Throat, The monk, The Castles. Arrival at Cafayate, located in the Calchaquies Valleys, surrounded by vineyards where the famous Torrontés white wine is produced. In Cafayate, San Carlos, Angastaco, Molinos y Cachi, Spanish traditions and customs are still kept, especially in relation to art, architecture, as well as religious imagery. Return to Salta.

Day 9
Salta / Buenos Aires

Breakfast. Transfer to airport and flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival and transfer to hotel 4*. 

Day 10
Buenos Aires

Breakfast.Breakfast. In the morning city tour. A panoramic view of the city of Buenos Aires: 9 de Julio Avenue (the largest avenue in the world), Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada (the Government House), the Cathedral, the Parliament, the traditional suburbs: San Telmo (the historical neighbourhood), La Boca, famous because of its colourful houses, Palermo Parks and Recoleta, the most elegant area in Buenos Aires. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, pick up for dinner and Tango show in a famous local place. 

Day 11
Buenos Aires

Breakfast. Day at leisure. Different excursions available for your choice. 

Day 12
Buenos Aires (departure)

Breakfast and transfer to airport.
